As part of the service provided, New Discovery can offer assistance with the budget process, equipment life span forecasts and projected expenditure to repair or replace items over different occupancy durations.

Our Facilities Management service can provide a unique planning serviceproducing schemes and proposals that will optimize the available space and maintain a good working environment. 

Once plans are agreed, NDS will co-ordinate directly with those affected and provide a project manager to be a single point of contact for all issues. Wewill organize the necessary labour, transport, insurance and on-sitesupervision to ensure that the move is handled smoothly.

On completion of the project, NDS will have staff on site to provide help and assistance with the unpacking and any last minute alterations required, inorder to get the new facility into operation as soon as possible.  Because we are Facilities Management providers we have all the experience you need.

Any other specialized services associated with relocation or refurbishments– such as movement of IT, air conditioning, data cabling or heavy equipment –are all managed by NDS as required.

NDS can offer comprehensive help and advice with the choice of workstations,storage, conference room equipment, partitioning, ceiling and flooring options.

Our design service extends to the specification and selection of the plant and equipment needed to support the new environment. Power distribution, datacabling, air conditioning and comfort cooling systems can all be designed andspecified to suit our clients' needs.
